1/3 of all waste in landfills is generated by construction and demolition activity. One thing that makes Colonial's facility unique is the ability to take in concrete debris and recycle it. Colonial has invested heavily in crushers, excavators, and screens to process concrete waste from its raw form into useable aggregate and recyclable steel. This aggregate is used in many of our products, which helps minimize the use of natural resources and keeps waste out of the landfills.
